Membership Q&A

Common questions and answers about CRA Wellness Membership

In today’s world helping people across the various disciplines and across the many state lines has the potential for legal issues. Every discipline varies in technique and method as well as allowable vocabulary. Particular words are owned by certain professions. Even within the same discipline things can change legally when you cross state lines. What is allowed in one state may not be allowed in another. What is allowed in one profession may not be allowed in others. When addressing lay people it becomes even more complicated. Our research found educating and coaching within a private member association was the best possible way to legally share Dr. Versendaal’s wisdom, philosophy and experience on how the body works together as a whole.
A Private Member Association is created and setup under Constitutional Law. It utilizes the rights given to us through the U.S. Constitution (1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments) as well as Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
  1. Within the Association, members have a right to privacy in their personal affairs that causes no harm to others. All communications between members remains confidential.
  2. Members have a freedom of choice. They choose to take full responsibility for how they wish to manage their own health and wellness. It is also the right to self-determination.
  3. Members have a freedom of speech. Within the Association, Members can freely and legally express their thoughts, opinions and desires.
  4. Members have the right to peacefully assemble. Members also have the right to liberty, freedom and due process.
Because it is set up under Constitutional law, any potential legal issue within a private member association will be heard in Federal Court, not the state court. This is a benefit because the Federal Court deals with our constitutional rights. Outcomes are determined in view of how the U.S. Constitution has been interpreted in similar matters over the past decades. Private member associations are outside of the scope of state law and state board rulings. In the matter of wellness education, coaching and mentoring we choose to have the federal government determine our rights instead of a state board.
All education and coaching will take place within this Association. Through education and coaching our members, both lay persons and professional, are enabled and empowered to take responsibility and make their own decisions regarding the health and wellness of their body. For health professionals who choose Professional Plus membership, it is also legal protection as they educate and coach their patients/clients to make their own decisions regarding the health and wellness of their body.
This website is dedicated to providing education through online classes, podcasts and webinars.
Anyone can be a member. We are a community of health professionals and lay people who desire to make decisions regarding the health and wellness of their body. Wellness education and CRA education is available to both. There are, however, three different levels of membership with access to this training website:  Member-Silver, Member-Gold and Professional Pro. Lay people can have access to wellness training by becoming a Member-Silver. Health and wellness professionals can choose any level of membership.  The Professional Plus member is for those who want to set up their own private member education association to protect themselves and to empower their patients/clients.  Health and wellness professionals must provide a copy of license or certificate in a health/wellness profession.
If you do not have a license or certificate in a health or wellness field you would choose Member-Silver. This gives you educational opportunities that will empower and enable you to make your own health and wellness decisions for you and your family.
As a health professional you currently have three choices.
  1. You can be a Member at the Silver level.  This gives access to podcasts and topic of the month training emails and flyers, which you can share with your patients/clients. You may also participate in educational CRA training. The training opportunities are an “al a carte” menu. Some of the training is provided at no additional cost, and other training opportunities such as seminars have a tuition charge.
  2. You can be Member at the Gold level, which is reserved for health professionals.  In addition to the Member-Silver, this gives you a personal web portal into the SRQ.  Those people under your care can login and take the SRQ.  You in turn will have access to their results and can create a personalized management plan consisting of nutritional, essential oil and structural support.
  3. You can be a Professional Plus Member. We believe this is the level at which every Health Professional should be. As a Professional Plus Member you have the same opportunities of a Member - Gold, but you have added the legal protection of having your own Private Member Education Association.  There is a one time legal setup fee for your professional association and an annual renewal.  If you are interested in in this  level of protection, please contact us by calling 616-669-5534.
  1. As a licensed or certified health professional you can become a Professional Plus member. This enables you to set up your own Private Member Education Association. Your patients/clients will be Members of your Private Member Education Association and you may legally educate, mentor and coach them in all areas of wellness so that they are enabled and empowered to make their own decisions regarding the health and wellness of their body. You will continue to work within the limits and scope of your license or certification. For those areas outside of the scope of your practice, you may legally coach, educate and empower your patients/clients to make decisions for their own health and wellness within your Private Member Association.
  2. If any of your rights as a Professional Plus Member are being challenged by an outside person, board or agency, the Association will support you through the legal team of the PMEAA.  Within the Association, members have signed an agreement that they will not challenge other members.
  3. You also can take advantage of services offered by IPX in creating a website with your own domain name.
  1. Contact CRA Wellness Association for the application.  616-669-5534
  2. Provide CRA Wellness Association with a copy of your license or certificate
  3. Fill out the Professional Plus Member Application
  4. Determine whether you want your association to run as a for-profit business or a non-profit 501c4. All education and coaching may legally be done as a 501c4 non-profit business.
  1. Articles of Association written specifically for your private member association
  2. Bylaws written specifically for your association
  3. Federal EIN number
  4. A Member Application and a Guest Member application for your patients/clients .
Every person that you come in contact with as a health professional should become a Member of your association or sign as a Guest Member of your Association. This means every patient or client you work with needs to be a member. If someone is just checking out your services for the first time or only accompanying a family member or friend, they may sign as a Guest Member. If you are teaching a workshop or have a speaking engagement, it is recommended that everyone in attendance sign as a Guest Member.
Yes, you can cancel your monthly membership training subscription of Member-Silver or Member-Gold at any time, though we'd be very sad to see you leave.  You can cancel through your personal member portal.  There are no partial month refunds. We do want you to know that even though you cancel your monthly subscription, once you are a member you are always a member.  The first $5 you paid for monthly training access was applied to a lifetime membership.   You are part of our community, and we care about you.  With this lifetime membership you can always contact us, and we are legally protected in our conversations. Professional Plus members will have the opportunity to renew their private member association on an annual basis.  To cancel is as simple as not renewing.  There are no partial year refunds.
